Boat dock is shared: water level is average 4ft deep and can accommodate 21ft boat.

**This Studio Suite is built on the ground floor (Level 1) of a larger home and has its own private entry to include private driveway entrance and parking at Lot 2142 Drake Road. *No shared indoor spaces.
